Return & Exchange Policy – NICO Metals + Creatives
Each NICO Metals + Creatives design is slow-crafted in small batches, with many pieces being one-of-a-kind. Because of the handmade nature of our work, we cannot accommodate standard returns.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are only possible if personally approved by NICO Metals + Creatives. Approval is at our discretion and considered on a case-by-case basis.
Holiday Purchases
Orders placed during November–December are final sale and not eligible for return extensions.
This policy ensures we can fulfill holiday orders on time and protect the uniqueness of each piece.
Custom & Permanent Jewelry
Custom orders, resized pieces, and permanent jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing hi@metalsbynico.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review your request and provide next steps.
Requesting a Return Exception
Contact us at hi@metalsbynico.com with your order number and reason for request.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and sent back within the approved timeframe.
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if specifically approved and will be processed to your original form of payment.
**Shipping costs are non-refundable.
